This policy explains what personal data Lift ADHD collects, why, and what rights you have over it. Lift ADHD is operated by JCG Company Oy, business ID 2805327-8, registered at Petsamonkatu 1 B 8, 33500 Tampere, Finland ("we", "us").
When you buy the program, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your name, email address, and payment details directly — we don't handle or store your card details ourselves. Stripe passes us your email address so we can deliver the program and provide support.
Delivery is automatic: when your payment completes, Stripe notifies our systems (hosted on Cloudflare), which emails your program to you as a PDF attachment within seconds, using Cloudflare's email sending infrastructure.
If you email us for support, we keep that correspondence to help you and to have a record of the interaction.
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads (via Google Tag Manager) to understand site traffic and measure whether our ads are working. These set cookies and share some data with Google. They are not loaded until you accept the cookie banner shown on the site — if you decline or ignore it, none of these scripts run and no such cookies are set.
You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's site data for lift-adhd.com, which resets your choice.
Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. processes your payment as an independent data controller/processor — see Stripe's own privacy policy for how they handle your data. Cloudflare, Inc. hosts our systems and sends the delivery email on our behalf — see Cloudflare's privacy policy. If you accept cookies, Google (Analytics and Ads) receives some browsing data as described in Google's privacy policy. We don't sell your data to anyone.
Purchase and invoicing records are kept for 6 years to comply with Finnish bookkeeping law. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your query, unless a longer period is needed for legal reasons.
Under GDPR, you can ask us to:
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
